Klingsor Wings It

 

One last song from the balcony she sang sweetly~*

An old contralto aria, (pages read from memory air filled with dust and dreams)

Curtains cut like concentration in a guillotine aftermath

The crowd crowed something;

A raucous sibilance rang billowing

Sounds disconcerting,

Rainbow moths like lily-tigers flitted feverishly tiny motes of atomlzed dusk

Then fields of stars rained  the darkened skies like molten ampersands

Swirling shimmering confections of light like wasted words on deaf ears,

Time swam vaguely within a realm of probability, possibly]

The only thing certain was that nothing is]

Klingsor accepting an offered Valkyrie blade bows his head,

Into such darkness waiting in the w i n g s ***
