Inspiration from the Old man and the sea.
Santiago and Manolin were fishermen
No fish for eighty four days they caught
is this the end of the old man and the sea
Oh no, it can't be, let the story begin
Santiago takes his skiff
Alone, out into deeper waters
preparing his lines and drops them
takes the bait at 100 fathoms
He will catch a fish, a big fish
At noon, a big fish, a Marlin
Santiago expertly hooks
for two days and nights he struggles
and out in the open ocean. . .
He finally wins the battle; the Marlin gave up
The largest fish Santiago ever has seen
with Marlin tied to the skiff, he sails for home
hunted by Sharks who eat the Marlin to bones
The story of Santiago and Manolin
what have we learned? Never give up
on others, they finally find their home!
