Beautiful Soul

O beautiful, beautiful soul

the love of thee I behold

is more precious than silver and gold

my heart is now on hold

as I wait for my time to go

my beautiful, beautiful soul

Such a beautiful poem from a great writer, and don't we know who it is for?

There is no love greater than the love of our essence. The core of who we are after our bodies are gone. Our souls are what make us human, the closest creation to God. When souls love, they create their own trinity, the two come together to make a third being, the personhood of the joined two. If married, I call it the personhood of marriage. There is the husband, the wife and the marriage. The trinity of humankind. This wonderful poem, shows me the creation of that personhood. I don't know if that was the thinking when this came to be, but it is what came to my mind.

my dear friend,

I don't know to explain what I feel but your words reminded me of my long lost friend. On the other side nothing is permanent here on earth.Somehow one must be prepared to face the future.

Great write my friend!
