keeping me up all night talking with you
about life
the universe
and everything

A twinkle in the eye
and always ready to tease and laugh
brightening my day
teaching me to laugh
again

A seriousness
towards love
keeping me close

Oh so promising
but no,
people lie
and I imagine things

This is all a pipe dream

and love
