The Sky
A walk which was beneath the skyWhile days were blue, when time passed bye
In varied hue, and words like why,
Lit colors bright up in your eye
Pass away where whispers play into the day
Becoming night is due and nigh,
Untie my boat and leave the shore
Such Love is once and evermore
Farewell the world the kiss of song
Thee ghost to whom my heart belong,
Beckons me close with a wave so far gone
Where are the words spun on a telephone ?
Silver looms of rain weave prayers of light
Eyes turn once again to face their fright
Is frozen and gone to sleep to beds of ought
The prices all paid for keeping as we thought,
In varied hue, with words like why
While days were blue, when time passed bye
A walk which was beneath the sky
