The River Burning

If I loved you once forever
Eould you meet me late one night
In a castle by the river dressed in veils of light
Kiss my lips as though a fever
Possessed us both as nothing or no one else might
Loving you my once forever
In your river's burning light

If the morning light rose like Heaven
Through the windows of your eyes
A smile so softly bright and brave
Shining an answer to the quest of my soul
Would we embrace ourselves within Love's whole
Sublime question One Hope to save
You know I need you, realize
No other moment ever given,

If I loved you once forever
Kissed your lips as though a fever
Inside an ever dreaming Night
Loving your River's burning Light . . .

Might be soppy to say this, but my heart sincerely sighed reading these words here... very beautiful.
