Sea Singers

Surreptitious singers
They are waiting by the seas
There are trees growing on their hands
Silver sands are glowing just like fingers
Of Light, light light
Where someone bright inside the night is shine
Shine, shining
Like the eyes of some lost heaven
Redefining
underlining
Wandering waves of wishes cast
In nets of yet and past at last
Forget to hold your breath and breathe
Deep into some kingdom bathed in blue
Light, light light
Silver sands are glowing just like fingers
There are trees growing on their hands
They are waiting by the seas
Surreptitious singers .

Pretty Pretty poem

Nancy Sikora
I love this one for many reasons: the ages are beautiful, I enjoy the rhyme, repetition and cadence, and it reminds me of mermaids. I always wanted to be a mermaid.
