Muted Eyes

I lit a green fluorescent tube
Calming my soul, hiding my youth
Leaving for pleasures, in your deep crevice
Muted eyes are now, longing that chase

Smiling with that breathtaking C
Watering grief to germinate my glee
Charming warming kisses embrace
Obliterating darkness without a trace
Muted eyes watch them take their shape... again

Sparkling sight and shades covering them
Shining nights that cover tears within them
Every sound from the dwarfed machine
Curiosity picks my feelings
Muted eyes now wait for the divine to come
And accept their devotion, in person...
