A Winter's Thaw

A Winter's Thaw

Washed into the Southern sky,
I hold my head in humbleness.
Nobody saw the love we shared,
Especially those who cared not.

Only my sad, heartfelt tears
Drench sanity with love,
And make both of us cry,
Just like a winter's thaw.
