Wounded brother don't leave behind
Will not be there for the enemy to find
On my shoulders he will go
Go move pace doesn't slow
"No man left behind is our creed"
No matter the cost help those in need
Every step you hear is pain
No brother will die in vain
"Promise buddy help is on the way"
Your gonna live to see another day
Gotta keep moving in your mind
He's not gonna die, not at any time
"Medic, medic!!" I hear someone scream
So many wounded brothers, it's not a dream
Morphine going into his blood stream
Black hawks landing ready to load
One after the other, time to go
Wounded brothers safe from the fight
Medics caring for them during flight
wounded brothers your fight is done
Because of you the battle is won
Wounded brothers never leave behind
A saying soldiers never forget in their minds
