seldom by wavering water
seldom by wavering waterseldom questioned for beds
serenity laughs like a comedian
high on ether or whispering
dead man's bed is downward
abandoned arid and arbitrary
like a needle on a ring of trees
or a neck in time
stem me a pint you fool
find me a feathering far
where I am totalled
because of you
revised cared for and nourished
one death is consumed
just before breakfast
while there is still time
