The Chance I Took

Sometimes
Life isn't what you expect
And it leads you down a path
You wouldn't go down.

If you don't take chances
You may never find
What you have been looking for
All your life.

I found love
In an unusual place
But the love he has
Isn't like any other.

He shows me each day
That his heart beats for me
I do the same for him
Because our love is special.
