When I think of terror and connect it to the picture here, I think of my 7 yr old grand nephew and his sister, my 5 yr old grand niece facing the murderer of their mother right before he shot them dead. That's terror and horror. That happened 17 years ago next month and that night will never lessen in my heart or mind. It is forever apart of my life.

Yes, of course, Terror is a tool to make people do whatever they want you to do. I had misunderstood your poem to say that terror didn't exist. It does, in many ways, and it's used everyday.
