Yet another litterary jigsaw.

Velvet Butterfly

Won't you please believe my lies,
won't you help me shut my eyes
Help me shut out the cries
won't you help me cut my ties

won't you please make this the end?
Just spread out your wings and die
Won't you cease to pretend

We are broken – our mind
does not believe what it will find
She is so unreal, so kind
– won't you please leave us behind

won't you please just end this lie?
Please just run away, my friend
Please just cease to fly

Frozen suns that scream
that our life is but a dream
And even though we can't be seen
nothing is as it may seem

together we will mend
the black and wounded sky
there are no wounds left to tend

we a laughing, as we run
as we obliterate the sun
we're having so much fun
our lives have just begun

Morpheus
This is GREAT! I like the way you made it flow, and your calm dialogue greatly underscores the grief and sad undertones. Good stuff!
