He is one old man who live in nursing home by Ann Wood

He is one old man who live in nursing home, Mr. A.A.H. he come to stay with us not long ago lest then a year. He like to collects train tikets from all over the world, love to eat chocolate and drink juice. He is very indipend and try to go around the home alone with his wheelchair. I remember my first night I meet him, they tell me he can not very good communicate because of his Parkisons and Dementia and that he can not walk, and guess what happaned I were doing my three ocloock round and found him sitting down out side his room on the arm chair and smileing at me, saying 'Goog morning nurse Ann, how are you?' I were shocked and call the night Manager to come and see him. We back him to bed and I make him cup of tea and sandwiches , because he were hangry and that was the reason he to be out of bed looking for food in his room. From that night we become friends, he tell me 'I can speak when I want and like the people who are with me. You are a nice person nurse Ann, only you tell me your name when you come to my room and greet me with welcome to the home.' I smile at him and say thank you and that is my job to make him comfortable and happy. He have problem with sleeping during the night and we need to make sure he is comfortable in bed and have everything he need. Some time he like to sitting down on his arm chair and read book or play game with the staff. He also love watching TV or listening music. One night few days ago I go to work and found that he is in hospital with broken hip and go for surgery. There he get poorly with chest infection and something else. I hope he will get better and will be back with us soon.
With love and light always yours care Ann Wood!
