Antidote

In these dark days
Everything weird
Envelops my soul
Everything fun
Eludes my soul

Alone in this struggle
Unbearable this nothingness
Seemingly endless
Undo this bitterness

A coward to leave
Brave to stay

It's twelve noon
Time for meditation
My daytime moon

Meditation as a means to comfort and writing out feelings are important antidotes to the uncertain world in which we live.
A very heartfelt poem.
