the shadows
i sit and watch the shadows,bounce from wall to wall,
watch them,row,
their poetic boats of happiness
bounce from wall to wall,
watch them,so,
their shape outlined by the sweet light,
bounce from wall to wall,
i sit and watch the shadows,
and wish i cauld join in their game.
