In Time


All that rises in time must fall
No surprises, no none at all,

Cities, kingdoms, rooms and doors
Skies and eyes that see through floors,

Light shines longer, stars surmise
Human hunger, a reprise,

Will be coming, given time
In each quarter, on a dime,
