beauty, truth and love
though often struggling
to find their place
are events in the real world

pride, slavery and genocide
exist in the hearts
of believers
unworldly haughtiness
sets them free

rapists and killers
claim spiritual superiority
we cannot doubt them
it's saying so
that makes it fact
