No mistaking it, the man (D. Cummings) who was an integral part of making the rules about lockdown treated us ALL with contempt when he decided to go a-visiting. There is NO excusable reason!
Et tu Judas?
The guy they say who made the rules
In his contempt treats us as fools
Don't do as I do but do as I say
We are in this together come what may
He understood his own advice
That put the country in a lock-down vice
But needs must when the urge is clear
He had HIS right to "get out of here!"
Self int'rest was all that mattered
In mock indignation he falsley flattered
Together we all can beat this hassle
Oh except I'm at a picnic in Barnard Castle
Hundreds of miles he drove that day
How many contacts came in his way?
Self diagnosis told him he was ill
He showed no concern of his potential to kill
So now it is clear all bets are off
I'm ignoring for once that troublesome cough
My family come first and I do miss them so
I'm not supposed to, but it's time to go
No matter the distance, I see an urgent need
to visit my loved ones despite the Goverment feed
Lock-down is over when this example he set
It's the biggest betrayal these fools have done yet!
