Shackle me
One more destination,This they always claim.
Shackled to a destiny
Beyond the borders of;
Common earth, common sky.
Heat of the sun,
Lashes our backs.
Sand from the unforgiving,
Lashes our eyes.
Weight from your chains,
Bruises our abilities.
Weight from your power,
Bruises our candor.
Losing freedom,
is losing it all.
I bound to slavery,
This not of the skin.
Familiar pain, familiar shames...
