Loneliness by Ann Wood
LONELINESSLoneliness is known to all.
Each of us has been left alone.
Sometimes it is an ointment for the soul,
heals wounds soaked in many lies.
We often want to be alone,
and not to hurt us again.
Once we lose faith in someone,
we no longer believe as before.
It hurts when we're alone,
deceived by their chimeras!
Silence brings us back all that
which they took from us.
It hurts when a friend without pity
stab your arrows deep.
So we better be alone,
then again - injured!
