Do neither try to still the thoughts

 

nor fight the mind

 

that would be like trying to smooth water

 

Just dis-cover the already

 

aware-present-knowing

 

behind the thinking mind

 

Enjoy the ease of your

 

inherent peace

 

simply 

 

as it

 

is

Steven Riddle
This seems to convert the spirit of sat-chit-ananda quite nicely. And yes, relax into being and let all those other things take flight. As always a lovely reminder-poem. I look forward to them from you because we cannot be told the truth often enough.
