Nice Doggie
I'm deathly afraid around poodles
Chihuahuas induce a cold sweat
A Shih Tzu will scare me quite witless
With tremors I'll never forget
Scottish terriers cause fibrillation
And Yorkies bring terror and fear
I'm reduced to a quivering jelly
Whenever a dachshund draws near
A Bichon Frise leaves me quaking
From Corgis I run for the hills
I flee from diminutive spaniels
Pomeranians give me the chills
When yapping young canines approach me
Whose owners have left them unleashed
I bristle and stiffen and bellow
For Pete's sake control your wild beast
Away with you poochies and doggos
Away with your whole barking ilk
I require a pet meek and placid
As a kittycat sipping her milk
