TO TASTE THE RAINBOWS
Could you ever taste,The colour's of a rainbow.
Or change the batteries,
On a dimming star.
For I can see and breathe,
In many things near and far.
To see the sun first thing,
When it's washed and dressed.
To see things as they truly are,
For that I'm most truly blessed.
To take a shower in the rain,
Then to go home and do it all again.
To walk of the edge off the earth,
Cleaning the stairs to heavens gate.
To pay for your sins for all good it does,
In heaven there's only forgiveness no rebate.
Whoever or wherever you are,
Go out and feel this world open your eyes.
For sights and sounds are everything,
Open your ears and listen to the sound it brings.
Then again I wonder whoever you are,
Could you ever taste the colours of a rainbow.
Or change the batteries, On a dimming star.
Now it's time for me to go out to the garden,
With the lawnmower to paint the grass.
