Doggie

There’s nothing
to complain about
dance for joy
chew a bit
chastised by the eyes of strangers
I’m looking for old places
freedom
on a leash
with you I want to
run against the wind
taste life
thrown at my feet
I’m barking
to this whole world

An amazing ending. And the poem that leads up to it is sweet as pie.

Thanks for posting!
