Shadows Swim
Beneath a lake of swimming shadows
Where mirrors shimmer in the dimming light
Invisible windows show meadows
Slow currents of laughter a ghostly night
Exists forever it never passes
To reveal those secrets that must remain
Like jewels hidden under the grasses
Which do darkly reflect the Sun's refrain
Perhaps some evil paths should stay hidden
Somewhere lost other than found
Like faithful schools gathering forbidden
Heed the will of empty sound
.
