no pain, no gain

suffering in itself is not an illness
are we sick from the pain only?
sometimes we suffer without knowing why, sometimes not
but suffering is not a symptom, it belongs to the sufferer, the doctor does not have direct access to the suffering of his patient. The doctor must trust his patient when he says: "Doctor, I am in pain here"
and maybe the body is wrong, perhaps, the pain is not at the right place
