BESIDE A DREAM
I'd like to be beside a dream,Where thought travels upstream.
Where nothing is as it seems,
Round every corner and nook.
Is where we have time to look,
At the majestic flying rooks.
That stop to read the occasional book,
That have no wish to fly as the crow goes,
When it's nice to watch the river as it flows.
I'd like to be beside a dream.
