In the last resort, what does it mean to be the owner of a land, is it to be able to defend it by force, by laws? And if we are without force and without laws? Are we called Nomads?


Nomad and made in...

when the Germans lost the war, the victors did not make them stateless (are nomads stateless?). Probably for practical reasons, "Where would we have put them outside of Europe?"
Even if they no longer had the means to defend themselves, their land is something that was left to them.

-It's hard to say, my house was completely destroyed by the bombing...
