A Change of Plans

She's left town, I'm pretty sure. She isn't picking up her phone.
I pushed her condo tower buzzer; no buzz back to let me in.
I walked the blocks around her building, but I didn't see her car.
I caught the bus back to my place, but got off early. Why go
Home? I saw the Tip-Top lounge was open. I spent Christmas
