The Gentleman
I will never forget
The gentleman, You
Walking side by side
just that one night out
with your soft hand
on my lowerback
dressed in classic black
In company with our friends
the couple, our date
the night was great
You gave me your eyes
your smile, yourself
and I gave myself
The way you took off the jacket
my jacket from behind
the way you pulled out the chair
and gently put your hand on mine
Treated me like a diamond, pure gold
bought me sweet drinks
you were warm, far away from cold
Never looked at other girls
I was like the most beautiful pearls
You made my feelings to tingle
I wished deep inside that I was single
You gave me butterflies
when you looked right into my eyes
right into my soul
with your power, your control
Later as you walked me out
to wait for my taxi
I had a little doubt
But you begged me, please
please to come with you
as we teased
I was unsure, we were both taken
I had done this before
But you made my body shiver
shiver from top to toe
I gave you a kiss on the cheek
and said next time, untill we meet
I gave him my number
As he looked at me with his eyes
watched every move I took
we were breathing in paradise
He took my hand in his
dragged me into his arms
I felt the exitement, we wanted to kiss
He whispered in my ear
- Tickeling emotions
I know you want it
I can feel it
With lips oh so soft
He kissed the side of my neck
my knees couldn't hold, I was a desire wreck
Then your taxi came before mine
and I regret every second that night
that time
when you jumped into the taxi
driving away
I wish Oh how I wish
we could turn back the time
to that beautiful night, that day
I will always remember
The gentleman, You
