As I sat here, I began to reflect on what true perfection is or should I say who perfection really is?

Perfection's Gift

Perfection is completion without a penetrating hole.
Redemption is perfection that is once again made whole.
Sacrifice for redemption is completion for one's soul.
Perfection was torn, brutalized, crucified for completion
to take hold.

Resurrection of perfection once again fills that hole
that was left upon a cross that was meant to take His soul.
But in the completion of the plan that God eternally holds
is the answer for the world as his mighty hands unfold.

From these mighty loving hands, perfection lifts the load
that burdens mankind as we wander in the wilderness of old.
All we have to do for the completion to take its toll
is simply accept the gifts of grace for which perfection was sold.

Kathy,
You thank me for my comments but each writing of yours I read says my comments come well below describing the actual gifts I'm reading.
This piece has risen 10 steps above any rating I could give it so I will give it a 5 + 5 + 5

Perfection itself .... Beautiful write, Kathy. I love the flow and narration, especially in the beginning lines:
"Perfection is completion without a penetrating hole.
Redemption is perfection that is once again made whole.
Sacrifice for redemption is completion for one's soul.
Perfection was torn, brutalized, crucified for completion to take hold."
Excellent!
((hugs))
