this poem has two versions

one lone little tear (1)

One lone little tear,
Rolls down my cheek,
Where has my strength gone?
Isn't crying for the weak?

One lone little tear,
Gathering speed as it goes,
Laughter is for the good times,
Crying is for the lows.

One lone little tear,
Causes a river to follow,
Crying is for a time like this,
A time the world is cold, dark and hollow
One lone little tear,
Can make a difference in your life,
It reminds you of the hard days,
Day's filled with strife.

One lone little tear,
Why can't it remind us of happiness instead?
The love and laughter we should have,
Instead of feeling we were dead.
