Simple kind of silence

It`s a simple kind of silence
that sings within my heart
it`s a dance, it`s going slowly
I`m looking at the stars

And I know this kind of silence
the winds of happy days
are living here among us
sending us it`s grace

Come close beneath the silence
breathe this clean new day
look to the skies and wonder
is this the other way

Tender dreams lies down on me
I know this sea, so calm
the waves have cleaned the misery
a new seed in my palm

Grow strong my faithful flower
rise up to face the sun
smile towards a tender sky
my God I wonder why

Caress the chance that`s given
to run the fields of hope
the dream of silence singing
a dream,a life, I know
