Minefields

I am walking on minefields
Where the lie
I do not know

Something captured inside me
Waiting to swallow me whole

Help me!
Tare down these suffocating walls

I am fading
Away from the broad light of day
and beyond darkness

Nothing can save me from sinking further

Something is draining my lifeblood
but I am only asking for more

My tortured insanity
Smothering hell with the darkest fire of them all

I wish it welcome with my last breath
The walls are closing in

The truth speaks through these words, it's what everyone feels inside one way or the other. Cool!

Ah Poetess, this is a sad poem...But I say, draw the walls closer, they are your protection, your castle...But make windows in the walls so you can see the world outside and enjoy the scenery...Then open up a doorway and walk out into a green world of sanity...Ron.
