My own little Sahara

**********************
Sensitive skin so brown

so warm is the heating sun

and the water so nice

ice cream so refreshing

and the sand is every where

so I brought home my own

little Sahara in my living room

Laying for a little while

in my bed but after I wake up

I think I was on the beach

but it was only sand in my bed

Oh my little Sahara

you are every where

I know that feeling of sand in my bed literally and figuratively. What seems so lovely in its place can be so annoying and troublesome when it comes and lives in your world. It seems you can't shake the sheets enough to rid it from the gritty grating sands. What's left but to sacrifice the sand, wash the sheets, change the bed (your life) and leave the desert in the desert. Oh and next time, leave your sandals outside the door. :) kathy
