A soldier returns from the war. ...

The glorification of insanity(war)

¤§¤ Liberation via intoxication ¤§¤

Absinthe the green liquor,
my companion.

Mourning, rambling,
wondering around.

Optical illusions and hallucinations,
this is what life is all about. ...

Now I know and I will tell you,
the meaning of life in war.

War is the solution!
Profanity to sanity!

O! Vi-ctory! where is your Glory?
O! Glo-ria! where is your halo?

Glorifying insanity;
Politicians and armies.
Hail empirism and irrationalism!

The first casualty of war
is truth. ...

- Have you ever heard the term
Inter-national Humani-stic milita-rism?

Blessed by a priest,
marching to the battle. ...
Humanism in death.

O, Gloria where is your halo?
O, Victory where is your glory?

Children, dead in the war!
one more casualty,
a necessity for victory.

Lost innocence;
The final casualty of war. ...

O, Gloria where is your halo?
O, Victory where is your glory?

The glorification of insanity
International Humanistic militarism

O, Gloria where is your halo?
O, Victory where is your glory?

- War is the only solution!
A string of profanities!

~¤~O! humanity, when did you lose your sanity? ~¤~

war is for animals that feel no love... they care about power...

humanity lost it's sanity a long time ago. we've killed brothers, fathers, children since then. and it's getting worse...

"~¤~ O! humanity, when did you lose your sanity? ~¤~"

thanks for the thoughts. =)

Kathy Lockhart
humanity looses it's sanity with each evil choice it makes. It is said that in the last days that good will be called evil and evil good. I believe I see this today. Lies and deceit have perverted and twisted the truth and leave the ugliness of evil (war, hatred). So it goes down through history from the moment in the Garden of Eden when the serpant told the lie and humanity believed it instead of their Creator. After this, they were tossed into the world to live with all the insanity and its problems. It is there, in this cold dark world, that brother rose up against brother killing him and then lying to God about it. Well written thought-provoking piece. Kathy
