Dream weaver;
Show me the truth.

Weave my life,
in my dreams.

Give me,
the answers.

Remembered and
imaginary images,

sounds/voices,
words, thoughts,
sensations.

Shape, my
sleep world.

Imagery ranges from
the banal to the surreal;

Fears releasing,
in midnight REM;

Suffocation, death,
the last moment
before the silence.

The assimilation
of disappearing into thin air.

Dream weaver;

Give me klarity;

Remind me who I am;

Help me find the answers,
that there is to be found.

Before I wake up

~¤~"memory erasure"~¤~

And start living,
a life full of anxiety, fears and choices.

Suppressed emotions,
supressed truth,
in my subconscious.

Untill the sunset

The dream weaver,
takes me to dream land;
Where everything
is possible and the dreams,

never fade away. ..

The solutions are always so obvious!

~ patience and determination,
will help you to achieve lucid dreaming. ~

The conscious control of your two realities.

Proceed to the next level,

exert your will upon
your surroundings and maintain control.

Your own belief and confidence is the key.

Don't change your dream, change your own attitude.

TrAnSfOrM your nightmare into something more peaceful. ..

I love the snack before bed! I love the poetry of this poet! I love the Dream Weaver. I love this song from Disney's Cinderella:

"A dream is a wish your heart makes
When you're fast asleep
In dreams you lose your heartaches
Whatever you wish for, you keep
Have faith in your dreams and someday
Your rainbow will come smiling thru
No matter how your heart is grieving
If you keep on believing
the dream that you wish will come true"

Your poem made me think of those lines. So I looked them up and copied the lyrics to but them here.

You do inspire!!!! :) kathy

Dreams are images that your heart makes when you are fast asleep. I think that's why we sleep longer to hold on to that dream, to saok it in our memory and are seldom successful, but the ones we do we must try to make them come true.

Some of my best inspiration have come from dreams and I have written novels based on dreams. Too bad the ones that I had about 911 came true, too realistic but I have had some funny ones. I dream in color. Interesting text.

i like that... willing ourselves to dream of fanciful fantasy fiction that eludes us in life...

praying for a release from it all, just for a sweet little while...

wondrous poem here.
