Sweet and Sultry were in commentary, hence this poem. Thanks Saga for the inspiration and thanks to Romantics who desire such things.
Sensous Soil Produces Sweet Succulence
Sweet, sultry, and succulent
Like warm grapes on the vine
Plumb with the readiness for picking and tasting
Like the luscious strawberries red ripened and raw
Waiting to be consumed leaving the touch of nectar
On your lips.
That is I.
I am the fruit that longs to be devoured
I am the juice of the peach longing for desire
Peel away the clothing
That covers the tenderness
Of my flesh.
Enjoy my flavor, my scent, my fulfillment
Taste me my love; taste my true self
I wait patiently for your touch
Your pull
Your power
That takes me from this place
Of aging
Into
The place of pleasure
With
Rapturous
Delight
I am yours for the choosing
See me with your eyes of passion
Consume me; I belong to you
Then let the seeds spread
Onto the fertile ground
So that our love
Will continue
To grow
Without
Ceasing
