Limerick Maybe....I have a brain cramp from this.


Tuna and Rice (Limerick challenge?)

She went to the store to buy bread
but crackers where all that they had
she ate tuna and rice
and it tasted so nice
she ate it at night before bed.

Very nice! "Bread" and "had" is an even greater stretch, formally, than Nepentheses' "done" and "dove"; but according to his wise dictum: Let form be guide not chain! I especially like your closely "limerickian" meter! (I think experts disagree anyway as to the One True Meter for the limerick...)
