Following Destiny

soaring into the atmosphere
destiny is so clear writing and teaching
reading and reaching for the stars, for
the planets having pious access
beauty frozen in time the history of man
a tiny time line: in comparison to the heavens
where you are never cursed with doubt or
self-loathing; but are overcome with awe
and belonging in a place littered with stars
Heavenly Father not far amazing miracle
true feelings not hysterical feeling love and
compassion, a natural reaction to our
Lord's love from the skies above...
I won't forget what you did for me: healing me,
loving me, supporting me when I Couldn't
Stand On My Own...sometimes feeling so alone--
you never abandoned me, the ultimate parent,
your love angelically sent
We can make this a more embracing place--
a more accepting human space...
For God's Love is Number One; and with that
the human race is never overcome.
