A poem about the father who, while he was living, kept Anne's legacy alive.

A Father

OTTO

Guardian angel

Keeper of the faith, truth

Protecting his daughter's words

So that nothing will deter

An illumination,

A restoration

Of devotion, hope,

A belief in humanity

That could use justice as a sword,

Cutting away indignities, harsh realities...

To reveal an exposed truth...

A wiseness not of a child--

But a young woman whose vision

Will be enshrined in

The Legacy Of The Written Word...

that's a very special work, that mentions father in a unique descriptive way.
