RIVER OF STRANGERS
So many people pass my way.
So many strangers on one single day.
Still I'm alone in this mess of a crowd.
Searching for you, shouting out loud.
Running in vain, searching this maze.
Just want to find my own special place,
where my heart can rest, my body as well.
Please, save me from this prisoncell hell.
The sun won't shine, hasn't shone for days.
I lost my balance, my slowsteady pace.
People I meet, like a river of hope.
They're going upstream, I'm on this slope.
Wish I could flow like you people do.
Life seems so simple, so easy for you.
So many strangers on one single day.
River of strangers pass my way.
