Taking off, flight or into maturity.
The secret of the children - (For Astri)
I looked into her eyes that shifted green and grey to sorrow
And I said
We belong to people that don't belong to noone
but I'd like to travel with you
And while the 'speakers cry out loud
it's time to board the flight of life
I hope, I stand the heavy burden
Cause each year is growing into now
and carries a strained and heavy load, a heavy load
I'm seeking
The wisdom, the freedom, the secret of the children
Now and then I think about what you used to tell me
All the truth and all your loving
And I think about what I've done and what I should have done
and I regret the ways of my behaviour
But when it came to our goodbye
All illusions they were gone
All my dreams faded away
Free again, in vain, at the cost of love
No chains, no more loving
Not sure I got it right
I'm seeking
The wisdom, the freedom, the joy in children
