Rites of passage

To the one inside my head come fly with me
Past these shores and lands they are our destiny

Could you cast another stone and help me ease my pain?
Could you numb me and release my last remains?

The confines of my space I share with you
This journey is at hand so enjoy the view

Should I grow another shell in which to live?
I've told you once I have so much more to give

The echoes of your voice resound inside of me
Our travels culminate in unity

Could you lock me in and throw away the key?
Could you douse the flames and salvage what's left of me?

Well Anonim, I have all your work and must say how impressed I am with your poetic style. Very romantic and honest to goodness straight from the heart. I am sure many will identify with your beautiful work. I am new here too. Smiling at you, Tai
