On My Way To Meet My Cravings

You're as sweet, as sweet can be.
But that is not enough for me.
So I'll leave you now, pack my things.
On my way to meet my cravings.

Don't cry, my dear, it'll turn out fine.
I'm not your man and you're not mine.
But you'll find him one of these days.
You'll be staring into his face.

You'll always be a part of me, rest assure.
But I'm not cut out to be your saviour.
I'm not as strong as you'd wish or hope.
Travelling down my own journey slope.

You're as sweet, as sweet can be.
But that is not enough for me.
So I'll leave you now, pack my things.
On my way to meet my cravings.

That should be 'now' in the last verse, and you are so right, all relationships should be give and take, too much taking is draining and ends in ultimate chaos for the couple involved, from my profoundly unpleasant experience anyway!lol Good read and good luck, Tai
