Oh rain Oh rain

Oh I hope it rains

I hope the rain washes

The poeple

Wash their hearts

Like it washes streets

To clean it from sins

And hate

From greed

From pain

And agony

I hope it rains to wash their hearts

From hurting memories

From haunting fears

To wash their tragic stories

Oh i hope it rains

To fulfill thier hearts

With joy and laughter

To fulfill our hearts with forgiveness

Oh i hope it rains
