We Leave Things Behind But They Don't Die
We leave things behind but they don't die.
They live on in our memories and in our cry.
Cause we try to forget the sorrow black,
but it always keeps coming back.
Don't repress the things you cannot mend.
It sure won't gain you in the bitter end.
Confront the tears and all the pain,
and it'll help to keep you sane.
Talk to me, my precious dear.
Tell me about your greatest fear.
I'll give you warmth, you'll share my tear.
We'll keep our relation warm and sincere.
We leave things behind but they don't die.
They live on in our memories and in our cry.
But we've found a way to bend without to break
and now we're awake, right in time for daybreak.
