If you can't do the time
don't do the rhyme

Simplicity and lions

Bombastic bilateral apparitions are trite
when they dance for blue eyes applying for more
of that light feeling of simplicity that might
at best be reheated, torn and spiced with lore.

No lions in silence creep with bugs to sleep,
nor do they expect their chosen prey to be
of lesser conception, or wanting to weep
at the day in it's blue, circular variety.

It's got the time and it's got the rhyme,
Makin' it well worth the reader's time!
